SpaceGut Return and Refund Policy

At SpaceGut, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand the process.

  1. Faulty Packaging or Defective Product:
    • If you receive a product with faulty packaging or find the test kit defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • Kindly provide a photo of the defect and proof of purchase when you reach out to our customer service team.
    • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement kit to be sent to you at no additional cost.
  2. No Refund for Change of Mind:
    • We do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchasing the product or for any test tube spills caused by the user.
  3. Replacement for User Negligence:
    • If a replacement test tube is required due to negligence on the user’s part (e.g., improper handling or spilling), an additional fee of RM50 will be charged to send a new replacement tube.
