Welcome to SpaceGut, a gut health solution offered by SOL Partnership Sdn Bhd. By using our services, purchasing a test kit, and sending us your sample, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By purchasing a SpaceGut microbiome test kit and sending us your sample, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
  2. Service Description:
    • SpaceGut provides personalised microbiome analysis services, including microbiome testing, data analysis, and diet recommendations based on your gut health. The test results are based on the sample you provide and are for informational purposes only, not for medical diagnosis.
  3. Data Collection and Privacy:
    • By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data and health-related information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes sharing your information with SOL Partnership Sdn Bhd, which manages and processes all data related to SpaceGut services.

  4. User Responsibilities:
    • It is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided with the test kit carefully and ensure the sample you provide is collected properly. Failure to follow the instructions may result in inaccurate or unusable results.
    • You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date, including registration details, payment information, and health data.
    • You acknowledge that the results provided by SpaceGut are based on scientific data and analysis of your microbiome, and you understand that these results are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  5. Purchase and Payment:
    • By purchasing a SpaceGut test kit, you agree to pay the total price listed, which includes all shipping and handling charges.
    • Payments must be made through the authorised payment channels provided on the SpaceGut website. All purchases are final, and no refunds are provided for change of mind.
  6. Shipping, Return, and Replacement Policy:
    • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on working days, with delivery times ranging between 3 to 5 working days. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
    • If you receive a faulty or defective product, you must notify us within 7 days with proof of purchase and photographic evidence. We will replace the kit at no additional cost.
    • If replacement tubes are required due to user negligence, such as improper handling or spillage, an additional fee of RM50 will apply. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or user mishandling of the product.
  7. Test Results and Usage:
    • Your personalised microbiome test results will be delivered through our online portal and will include insights into your gut health, along with diet recommendations.
    • The analysis provided by SpaceGut is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. The information is educational and should be used to support a healthier lifestyle, and any dietary changes should be consulted with a healthcare professional.
  8. Limitation of Liability:
    • SOL Partnership Sdn Bhd and SpaceGut are not responsible for any errors in sample collection or for any damages resulting from misuse of the test kits.
    • While we strive to provide accurate and comprehensive microbiome analysis, SOL Partnership Sdn Bhd makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of the data provided and disclaims any liability arising from the use of our services.
    • SOL Partnership Sdn Bhd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of SpaceGut services or reliance on the provided information.
  9. Intellectual Property:
    • All content, trademarks, and data provided on the SpaceGut website, reports, and other materials are the intellectual property of SOL Partnership Sdn Bhd. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent.
